We are all excited about visiting San Diego for the R2R after a 2-year Covid lockdown. We need your help with insuring that this event will be a landmark success. First, if you are on the fence about attending, go ahead and pull the trigger, I promise you will be glad you did, and please pass this along to all your club members. The registration is up and running and all you need to know is on the R2R website.
Here is where we really need your help, and we will make it worth your while.
As you know, this year we are supporting the very worthy cause of the Butterfly Project. The Butterfly Project is a call to action through education, the arts and memorial programs.
The Butterfly Project aims to combat bigotry, hatred and indifference through a number of outreach programs. These include, school programs which bring age – appropriate lessons and activities about the Holocaust that teach the dangers and consequences of hatred and bigotry in today’s world. The work of the Butterfly Project also includes community outreach that teaches the same lesson through film, and art based learning. One of the film projects include a work called Not the Last Butterfly
This is where you come in. Our goal is to bring in a record breaking amount of donations. Toward that end, we are running a first ever, JMA R2R fundraising contest. The top 3 fund raisers will receive a JMA EXCLISIVE totally free ROOM UPGRADE at the beautiful R2R host hotel, the San Diego Marriot Del Mar. There is no reason one of the lucky winners should not be YOU.
We have made the process easy and painless. No need to call all your friends and family like a Schnurer. Just choose one of the several emails that have been created for you and send them to your friends, family, business associates, and even people you dislike. All you need to do is visit this link , follow the directions, download the messages, choose the one(s) you want to use, and send them out. IT’S AS EASY AS THAT.
