I see that the web site has a place more members to vote on officers. Our procedure since inception has been for club members to vote with their own club (honor system relative to voting with only one club where there are multiple memberships), then the club aggregates votes and casts a single ballot for the club for each office. Please explain how voting on this web site is compatible with that system.

Is it that time again??????
I must be imagining things. The first time I logged into the site, I am pretty sure I went to Members Only and clicked on something about elections and got to a page where there was a ballot on which to vote on each officer. I don't see it there now. I'm not a rep so I don't think I got into the Representatives page. Mystery.
Only Reps are able to cast a vote. Each Rep must be authorized as a Rep. Each rep's name must be on the Reps list DB and then they are able to vote only one time. in addition, the ballot for is auto disabled after ether all reps have voted or the end of voting date/time is reached, whichever comes first. Does this answer your question?
